Our quality inspectiondepartment controls the each step of thread insert. We use the Inspection oftwo view coordinate. We do checks in wire rolling, CNC helicoil machine,cleaning and drying and packaging.

品質管理流程:        

1、Strictselection o f raw material. 

2、To ensure effective implementation of the quality management system,and normalize and implement the job requirements, making the product qualitymeet the technical standards and customer requirements. 

3、Strictimplement of relevant state standard and enterprise standard, guarding a passstrictly according to the requirement and avoiding unqualified products goingout the factory. 

4、Overall responsibility for the entire product we provided. 

5、Providequalified certification of all products and free technical consultation.
